The present continuous formula is: To be (am, is, are) + verb (in present –ing) The present continuous tense can tell about future actions that someone plans. You must include the future time when you use this tense. Examples: I’m making a special breakfast today. My parents are having dinner at a nice restaurant tomorrow.
