WPA and TOs Minimum of 5 TOs for a road race 2 Refs 2 Timekeepers 1 Results Official Larger events require more Tos Split finishes for 1200 in 10km and 2500 in others Multiple distances on the day (Some may be shared) The Referees may not come from the Club But Results Officials and technically even Timekeepers may WPA allocates TOs twice a year February to July & August to January Changes managed by WPA TO Committee (typically Kevin Harlock) TOs are paid by the Club Post event reports Immediate participants and serious medical report Full report within two weeks Other Mandated Officials Medical, Course Measurer, Safety Officer,

Proven Suppliers List WPA has a list of proven suppliers It is far from exhaustive Preferential rates and discounts have not been negotiated, that is up to the clubs It is in fact really only a guideline for new Organisers Speak to other Clubs for their ideas and sources
