Creating Folders Uploading Files & Folders Managing/Organizing Files & Folders Sharing Folders Converting Files Team Drives

Creating Folders & Subfolders In Drive, Click on New (left hand top corner) Click on Folder To create a subfolder, double click on the folder Click on the tiny triangle next to the name of the folder (at the top under the search) Click on New folder

Uploading Files & Folders Click on New Click on File or Folder Upload You can upload ANY file type Your G Suite for Education Drive has UNLIMITED STORAGE!!!!!

Managing Files & Folders Double Click on a folder You can change colors, add a star, rename, Move to Change views by clicking on in the top right corner Click and drag files to move to folders

Sharing FOlders Double Click on the folder you want to share Click on Share to share directly via email Click on Get shareable link to get a link Can share in or out of domain Can share with View only OR Organize, Add, & Edit

Converting Files Upload a Word, PPT, Excel, Keynote, etc to Drive Double Click to open Click Open with over top of file Open as PDF or with appropriate app

Team Drives Shared space where teams can store, search, and access files Files in a Team Drive belong to the team instead of an individual If members leave, files stay where they are More information on Team Drives
