Neuronal PC12 cells were infected with lentivirus carrying GFP alone (GFP) or GFP and rat ATF4 (ATF4) for 3 d, treated with 100 μm 6-OHDA for 10 h or 1 mm MPP+ for 24 h, and then analyzed by qPCR (A) and Western blotting (B). Blots are representative of experiments performed in triplicate.
