Questions? clientconnection @signaturetravelnetwork.com 2013 Signature Client Reach Res Card Quick Reference Guide (ClientBase Windows) Required fields in Res Card for Client Reach triggers eligibility: Status: Must be “Active” or “Departed” 2) Reservation Cycle: Must use a cycle that indicates payment receipt. ClientBase default cycles that qualify are “Under Deposit” or “Paid in Full”.   If you use others, please email clientconnection@signaturetravelnetwork.com 3) Destination: Must use a ClientBase default value 4) Trip Dates : Must complete Trip Start Date and Trip End Date 5) Vendor: Must use a vendor at the Res Card level that has a matching SIG supplier ID OR a Service Provider within the Res Card with which Signature can find a match 6) Promo ID: Optional (but preferred): Include Signature offer ID in the “Promo ID” field within the reservation Questions? clientconnection @signaturetravelnetwork.com
