FPH recruitment exec worked with Work Psychology to produce process: assessment centre for psychometric numerical critical thinking, verbal reasoning and situational judgement test selection centre – series of panels covering different aspects of public health person specification – SW involvement - selectors from south west on selection centre panels. Admin running or 1 assessment centre and 2 selection centres Local recruitment to appoint locally managed Academic Clinical Fellows following national guidelines

See next slide for view of fully accredited supervisor on Intrepid Log-ins from Severn Deanery, not programme team. Training at Severn Deanery - may be forced to introduce charging for courses due to high number of non-attenders.

Registrars devise programme and find speakers. Quality of tutorials high. Each registrar has the opportunity to attend a mock OSPHE. Recommend supervisors to volunteer to take part so we have large pool who have first hand knowledge of the exam and can support registrars (not just their own) when they are preparing. Five examiners in the region. We need feedback from events.
