PCPM Work Group Primary Care Payment Model (PCPM) Chairs 18 Members Chairs The Primary Care Work Group is collaboratively developing actionable recommendations on the critical components for primary care payment in Category 3 or 4 APMs. The Work Group will also make practical suggestions for accelerating adoption of these models, including steps to support implementation.
