Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) staff are conducting the review process in three phases:   Preparation (October 2017- May 2018), Writing and revising (June 2018- January 2019), and Refinement and Board Approval (February 2019- May 2019).

Phase 2: Review & Revisions (Fall 2018 – Summer 2019) Framework revision goals include: Highlighting the importance of comprehensive health education Emphasizing skills needed to enhance health Integrating topics and highlighting the transferability of skills across topics Aligning to current research Aligning to structure of other MA frameworks Phase 2: Review & Revisions (Fall 2018 – Summer 2019) RN The review process began in October of 2017 and will culminate with a revised Arts Framework in the spring of 2019. Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) staff are conducting the review process in three phases:   Preparation (October 2017- May 2018), Writing and revising (June 2018- January 2019), and Refinement and Board Approval (February 2019- May 2019).

Phase 2 (continued): Review & Revisions (Fall 2018 – Summer 2019) Panel input and feedback on drafts: ~45 panelists; administrators, health and PE educators, school nurses, community based-providers, public health Six meetings (December 2018 – June 2019) Phase 2 (continued): Review & Revisions (Fall 2018 – Summer 2019) RN The review process began in October of 2017 and will culminate with a revised Arts Framework in the spring of 2019. Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) staff are conducting the review process in three phases:   Preparation (October 2017- May 2018), Writing and revising (June 2018- January 2019), and Refinement and Board Approval (February 2019- May 2019).
