This article has been linked with our survey results the most and the majority of captains of industries have given all primary management practices as the best formula to do business in the 21st Century. On the secondary mgmt. practices we have talent. Not finding a majority agreement were Innovation, Leadership, Mergers &Partnerships

An Open Training Environment (cont) Two directions in training for HNA’s students:88 international prizes in natural sciences General education: 100% pass the Graduation exams and accepted into top universities in Vietnam In-depth training: Invest and facilitate the studying environment for students. 75 national prizes, 22 international awards in school year of 2011-2012.

An Open Training Environment (Cont) HNAS also welcomes human resources from outside: professors and visitors from local and international institutions From 1995 to present: 60-70 teaching staff and 120 students travelled abroad to study with scholarships Cultural exchange with ASEAN and the world.
