First time user login SPEAKER NOTES: On this screen, you will see the four, simple steps in activating your account. Step 1. FIND YOUR ACCOUNT – Here you will enter in some of your basic information such as: First Name Last Name Date of Birth and the 5 digit zip code your are in. The first area of interest I want to point out will be in the top right hand corner of your screen. Up there, you will see your name, and in parenthesis you will see your 6-7 digit Member ID number. This member ID number will be located in the same location on every page, so it is very easy to find. Below your name, you will see two icons: A phone and an envelope.
