Acronyms Flex – Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Grant program MBQIP - Medicare Beneficiary Quality Improvement Project RQITA – Rural Quality Improvement Technical Assistance Award recipient – Stratis Health Provide technical assistance and support to CAHs and Flex programs for quality reporting and improvement
