PERSONAL FINANCE: May 16 FOR TOMORROW: Personal Finance Learning Target: In order to successfully manage my personal finances, I will analyze issues that help me make the decision of whether I should rent, continue to rent, or buy a home. I will know I have it when: (1) I understand the advantages and disadvantages of renting/owning a home; (2) I can define important housing terminology (mortgage, down payment, equity, etc.); and (3) I can identify the major components of a standard housing lease agreement. Continue Personal Finance: Everfi (www.everfi.net) -complete Renting/Leasing vs. Owning module (Module #6) and fill out the pink test review while viewing (HO from earlier) Old Work (need to turn in ASAP) AP Classes Only Complete Real Life Balance Sheets if have not done so (HO from earlier) then TURN IN Regular Classes Only Complete Real Life Balance Sheets and charitable contributions and bankruptcy questions if have not done so (HOs from earlier) then TURN IN FOR TOMORROW: PLEASE REPORT TO RELOCATION ROOM IF NOT ON SENIOR TRIP
