Training programs TARGET GROUPS AIM: TO IMPROVE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EMPLOYABILITY More employment opportunities for unemployed TARGET GROUPS not directly employable persons UNSUITABLE SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE (according to the LM needs). Especially 50 plus, long-term unemployed, people without education, NEETS and young without work experience job seekers – redundant workers in the lay-off notice period

Register of qualified training providers the public call principles CONTRACTING OUT - Register of qualified external training providers Register of qualified training providers was introduced in 2011 (new Labour Market Regulation Act in Slovenia) Training programs in different occupational areas (theory and practice) in particular, areas like: computer skills metallurgy construction foreign languages book keeping and accounting driving licence for trucks and lorries security services etc… Building and maintaining the Register is based on the public call principles The main advantage of the Register is fast and efficient engagement with training providers - when and where needed

CONTRACTING OUT PROCESS IDENTIFICATION of training PROGRAMS based on the monitoring of demand and supply at all organisational levels and in close contacts with employers Program implementation 2 - step approach: IDENTIFICATION of QUALIFIED TRAINING PROVIDERS and CONTRACTING OUT Monitoring / check OUALITY checks of documentation on the spot monitoring, feedback from participants involved, from local employment offices,… RESULTS successfully completed program employment after finishing a program Step 1 Public call (Register) Step 2 Selection from Register TERMS for applicants: Registered for training and education Capability for specific program Technical terms facilities, staff all taxes and contributions paid, Locations across the country References, etc… REGISTER of Qualified External Providers CALL to all providers of specific program in the Register to send an offer CONTRACT signed with a provider with the lowest offer

New program in 2018 – training in B2BEC Aim : more and more practical training in cooperation with employers The program is implemented in the form of theoretical and practical training, first in B2BEC - Business to Business Education Centre. For each person B2BEC must find an employer, where the person continues with 3 months of practical training.

New program in 2018 – training in B2BEC Training takes place under the expert guidance of the mentor provided by the employer and the co-mentor from the B2BEC. Included persons can test the acquired knowledge at work, at the concrete workplace, where they can also deepen the acquired knowledge and skills.
