The Terrifying Brown Recluse By: Julia, Lily, Payton, Maddy, Justin, Cole W

It has a violin shape on its back. It is a little bigger than a quarter. This spider is a light brown color.

The brown recluse lives in the middle to lower part of the United States. It likes to hide in things that have not been used in a while.

It sleeps during the day. It catches insects at night.

Its light brown color helps it to hide in the dark Its light brown color helps it to hide in the dark. It also has a nasty bite.

Most spiders have eight eyes, but the brown recluse only has six.
