Question Cards We've put together this pack of question cards to help you think about your initiative. The questions cover three different areas: The yellow cards have questions that will be useful when defining and refining the scope of your initiative. These are useful at both the initial stages of planning your project and for revisiting and refining your objective further down the line. The blue cards will help you put together an action plan for your initiative: these help you think about the detail that is needed to achieve your objectives. The pink cards are to help you consider who else will be working with you on putting this idea into practice. The cards can be used in tandem with project planning documentation and activities or as a stand-alone activity. The right question asked at the right time can be incredibly powerful in helping you see your initiative in a different light and working out creative ways of moving your initiative forward. We would recommend using the cards to re-invigorate your team discussions when you feel that discussions are stalling, drifting off topic, or become stuck in a particular line of thinking. If you have any feedback or comments about the cards please let one of the Change Programme team know
