Reminders Connect Schedule October 16th-20th Mrs. Henley ~ 3rd Grade Reminders Our Fall Carnival basket is Winter themed. Any winter decorations or trinkets donated to our basket would be greatly appreciated. We have very little at this time. Meeting requests for parent teacher conferences have come home today (Monday, 16th). Please return these as soon as possible. Please make sure you have purchased earbuds for your child to use with their laptop. These are essential. Please make sure your child charges their laptop each night and brings it to school each day. If they do not do this, they will receive a strike. Three strikes results in the loss of their laptop for one week. Laptop use in an important part of our learning each day. What’s going on this week? Reading: We will continue learning about main idea and key details in fiction texts! We are reading Charlotte’s Web! Math: We will continue learning how to multiply and make equal groups! Social Studies: We will continue learning about landforms! Writing: Text-Dependent writing strategies!
