Black Bear Lake 4-1-1 Students will be closely supervised by both Black Bear staff and Sandburg staff at all times Students who plan to swim should wear bathing suits to school under their clothes Don’t forget a towel & sunscreen Shoes that can get wet are a must! (Or an extra pair) You must check in with your chaperone at the Dining Tent at 12:30 & 4:30 You are responsible for anything you bring! Bringing valuables is strongly discouraged.

Dinner/Dance When? Where? Early Dismissal? June 18th 6-9:30pm Where? The Grand Marquis Early Dismissal? Yes; WITH the digital form completed AND at the designated time Adults MUST come into the Grand Marquis to pick students up

Dinner/Dance Early Dismissal Students MUST register online by June 14th Late registrations CANNOT and WILL NOT be accepted Dismissal times have changed for this year! 8-2 & 8-3 will be dismissed at 11:30am 8-1 will be dismissed at 12pm Groups being picked up that have 8-1 students in them MUST wait until 12pm pickup time

Graduation! When? June 19th Early dismissal for Middle Schools ONLY Where? Brookdale Community College, Robert J. Collins Arena Time? Grads must arrive by 6pm Ceremony begins promptly at 7pm **Diplomas and tickets will be distributed during PM homeroom on Graduation Day**
