ALC LOGIN_SOLAR SUPPORT

Enter Username Enter Password
Click on Support Click on Support
A Support page will appear
Select Project as per your issue Choose Type: Support(Mandatory)
Choose your Categories & Language In Subject area enter Centre code_District_Categories Example :19121004_Angul_ERA ACTIVATION
NOTE : Teamviewer Password should be set to default value. Now open Technical issue format shared through mail & fill up all the required field. NOTE : Teamviewer Password should be set to default value.
Now after filling all fields select all
After select all Press “Copy”
Now Paste the filled in Issue format in Description Box
Choose “YES” to attach the screenshot of your issue After Pasting your technical issue format the Description Box will look like this Choose “YES” to attach the screenshot of your issue (if any)
Now Click “Save”
On clicking Save .A popup window will come. Now choose your issue screenshot that you have taken & click open
Now a ticket ID will be generated of your issue.
Now Click on “Settings”
Click on “View Support Tickets”
Now choose “All” & Click Submit
Now Check your issue ID that you have raised You can check status of the issue
Check Status for your issue raised Check Status for your issue raised. Once resolved the status gets updated.
