When it comes to how to get a mentor to be YOUR mentor, there is no one right way. However, it usually starts with an honest conversation about if you, the entrepreneur, could find a time to meet with the mentor regularly. In this conversation, the following things should likely be discussed: if there is interest from both sides to make this a more regular mentor-entrepreneur relationship what is success for both sides the regularity of the communication - how often will you communicate?
