This presentation uses a free template provided by FPPT.com Resource planning Management  Resource planning is a process of allocating tasks to human and non-human resources in a way that would maximize the efficiency of the resources. resource planning can also be a process of allocating tasks to human and non-human resources in order to get an overview of resource availability and capacity.  An Effective resources plan helps answer the following questions:  Do organization have resources enabling their strategies to be executed successfully?  Are the strategies of the organization being shaped to capitalize on the expertise in the resource area?  What are the processes for allocating resources at corporate and business level?

This presentation uses a free template provided by FPPT.com Process of Resources Allocation  Define the mission : In the first stage of resources allocation process, the organizational mission should be defined. The mission statement defines the business in terms of products and customers. It is used to determine how well current initiatives are aligned with the goals of the organizations.  Assess the current inventory of Resources : In the second stage of resources allocation process, the current inventory of the resources should be assessed. The resources possessed by an organization would be human resource, financial resource, intellectual resource and information resource.
