Show and Tell Next week, we will start our Show and Tell. Often, students have something special that they would like to share with the class. Each week, your student will have a day when they can bring that special something in. I will allow a few minutes for your student to tell what they brought and show it to the class. Please keep in mind the following guidelines: · If you bring in a special toy to share, you will not be allowed to play with it during the day, it “lives” in your backpack. · Practice sharing your special item at home. Students should be prepared with a few sentences on explaining what they brought. o Ex: “Today I brought ______________________ to share. It is special to me because _____________________________. o Perhaps practice writing out those sentences at home the night before. Schedule Highlighted below is the day of the week for your child to bring in something for Show & Tell. Do not feel obligated to send something in each week, just do so if there is something to share. Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday
