Describe how goals for quality measurement, including quality improvement, providing patient information & regulatory oversight, inform measurement strategy 2. Understand strengths & limitations of current quality measurement programs 3. Discuss dynamics that will likely lead to changes in quality measurement, including the shift to outpatient settings & rising interest in patient-reported outcomes & disparities in quality of care 4. In preparation for this event, we are hosting a storytelling workshop with Moth producer and StorySlam winner, Susanne Schmidt.
