One-to-one non-judgemental support tailored for staff including PhD students (approx. from third year) and stipend/contract post-docs, researchers & junior PIs. What does Växa offer you? Career advice e.g. navigating the academic system, grant writing, becoming independent & careers after PhD/post-doc. Welfare support in a competitive work environment. Getting to know each other. Help with counteracting stereotypes & discrimination. Mentor/mentee training e.g. in coaching, active listening. How does it work? Växa is currently running from January 2019 – May 2020 and includes: One-to-one meetings, lunches & training seminars.
