Go to the down arrow for testing and click on “Sessions” This menu bar should have the test and the school.

On the day of your test session you will know the name of the session so you can find it. Type in next to “Search” to help you narrow down your search.

How to get to your testing session. Second, Click on “Go to Students in Sessions” First, Check the box next to your session.

Click on the name of the session to populate the screen.

On the first day of each Session you must “Start” the Session BEFORE the students even sit down to test. (ELA is 3 Units & Math is 2 Units are separate sessions) 1st Progress Bar Status

Hit “Refresh” often to see students status.

Important Day to Day checklist. Each day of testing will consist of 1 Unit. At the end of each Unit the students should be “Exited” UNLESS they were NOT PRESENT. At the beginning of each Unit students that were NOT PRESENT the day before should log in, log out in order to be able to be aligned with other students day of testing. They will complete any missed Units in a make-up session. At the beginning of Unit 2/Unit 3, you need to log on and “Resume” all students At the end of each SESSION (ELA/Math) the students should be “Completed, Marked Complete” You will Click “Stop” when all students have “Completed, Marked Complete” Every time a student exits a test, the teacher must “Resume” the test before they log in. The students should use the SAME device on each day for the entire session.

How to “Resume” tests Follow arrows Steps 1-4 and it will bring you to another screen. Click Down Arrow 3rd Click “Resume Student Tests”` 4th Click Start 1st Click all students

To leave this screen click “Exit Tasks” Resume continued…... To leave this screen click “Exit Tasks” 1st Check All 2nd Click “Resume”

Under “Download Resources” you will find items that will be printed by the Test Coordinator for your use the day of testing.

All tickets are to be returned at the end of each unit. Each day, after you hand out the tickets, please mark any remaining Student Testing Tickets ABSENT. All tickets are to be returned at the end of each unit.

Each Unit has Seal Codes to keep students from moving to another Unit before allowed.
