Rules of thumb: Regulation and rules are a result of years of craftmanship and professional experience A large organisation cannot do without agreements Everyone is able to make a mistake So rules are there to help, but Don’t let them replace common sense Use them well Tailer the rules for your organisation and project And don’t use them to cover yourself, take responsibility © ProRail 2018
