CO3 Digital Disruptive Technologies to Co-create, Co-produce and Co-manage Open Public Services along with Citizens Project Essentials

INTRODUCTION The CO3 project will build an analytical framework for studying the potential benefits and risks of new disruptive technologies and their potential to foster co-creation, co-production and co-management of open public services. The project aims to properly evaluate their social impact, identify emerging best practices, understand how to overcome legal barriers, individuate metrics for a long-term sustainability plan and define appropriate applications.
