Coach’s corner (Philosophy, 2019 Program, Tryouts) Tryouts to take place from March 11th – March 15th at the times below Mondays and Fridays 4:30pm – 6:00pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:00pm – 5:30pm Location: Total Sports Park 65665 Powell Rd, Washington, MI 48095 Equipment needed: lacrosse stick, protective goggles, mouth guard (cannot be white or clear), cleats (lacrosse or soccer – hightops preferred)

Registration Process and Fees Complete this Registration Process by March 5, 2019 Pay $350 Membership Fee by check (today or mail in) Pay by credit card on Team Snap ($12 to pay by credit card) Registration fee will be refunded to you if your daughter does not make the team. Check should be made out to: Eisenhower Girls Lacrosse Booster Club Get a Sports Physical (emailed or form available on MHSAA website). Physicals must be dated after 4/15/2018. Register on Family ID and upload physical – required of all Eisenhower sports Register for Team Snap If there is a financial hardship please email Nancy Miller at millerfamily586@gmail.com

Registration Process How to Register on Family ID Go to www.familyid.com Login (or create your account first) Find Eisenhower High School Athletics 2019 Spring Registration Click Register Now Select Girls Lacrosse Select Registering for a Club Sport – no fee Complete the registration process online including uploading your physicial (best results if each page of the physical is a separate pdf file). If you had a physical saved from a previous Fall or Winter sport this year then it will carry over for the Spring sport. Print a copy for yourself.
