ADVOCACY SEMINAR Objective Role of Partners Duration Disseminate project findings to policy community, media, regulators, etc Facilitate discussion between various key stakeholders Creation of a network Role of Partners Planning and organising the seminar Preparation of an advocacy document Liaison with the implementing organisation: Team effort Duration August,2009 It is a advisory body of the project. Each partners will constitute the Reference Group. The project partners will keep the group active by sending project update. Reference Group will review the project progress and guide the partners. The first RG meeting would take place immediately after the field research and baseline survey. A training manual would be developed from the discussion on the (territory-specific) base paper during the RG-I meetings. The second meeting of the group will take place at the end of one year to review the progress of Ist phase and to see as to whether are we going on the right track. Full contact information for RG members, should be complied by the partners in a database, which will be shared with CUTS, to facilitate the distribution of information and organisation of meetings and future activities.
