Simultaneous operative repair of multilevel lower extremity occlusive disease  Ronald L. Dalman, MD, Lloyd M. Taylor, MD, Gregory L. Moneta, MD, Richard A. Yeager, MD, John M. Porter, MD  Journal of Vascular Surgery  Volume 13, Issue 2, Pages 211-221 (February 1991) DOI: 10.1016/0741-5214(91)90213-E Copyright © 1991 Society for Vascular Surgery and International Society for Cardiovascular Surgery, North American Chapter Terms and Conditions

Fig. 1 Aortography in the same patient whose segmental pressures and indexes are graphically demonstrated in Table I. Multiple high-grade stenoses are present in the external iliac arteries bilaterally. A >15 torr gradient exists in both external iliac arteries on pull-back angiographic pressure determination. The right common femoral artery is poorly opacified, but there is a high-grade proximal right deep femoral artery stenosis. Fig. 2 Bilateral superficial femoral artery occlusion in the same patient as shown in Table I and Fig. 2. A single collateral vessel with a high-grade proximal stenosis is present on the right. The left thigh demonstrates multiple, small, noncontinuous collateral vessels.
