FIGURE 1 Rosiglitazone effect on embryogenesis. Two-cell murine embryos were treated with 10 μM rosiglitazone for 72 hours and then scored for stage of blastocyst development and compared with dimethyl sulfoxide carrier control. Of the control embryos, 100% reached blastocyst stage, and 100% of the rosiglitazone-treated embryos reached blastocyst stage. None of the diethyl maleate embryos reached blastocyst stage. Klinkner.
