In the beginning… …there was nothing. This was called Chaos.

Out of this void appeared Erebus and Night.

bringing the start of order Somehow Love was born bringing the start of order to the universe. From Love came Light and Day.

Once there was light and day, Gaea, the earth, appeared.

Then Erebus slept with Night, who gave birth to the Ether, the heavenly light, and to Day, the earthly light.

Night alone produced Doom, Fate, Death, Sleep, and Dreams

Meanwhile, Gaea alone gave birth to Uranus, the heavens. They became mates and produced three Cyclopes… ...and The 50 headed- 100-hundred hand Monsters…

… and twelve Titans, named: Oceanus, Thethys, Coeos, Phoebe, Hyperion, Thea, Creos, Themis, Iapetos, Clymene... ...and finally, Cronos and Rhea.

Uranus hated his children... All of her Gaea's were gone or eaten by Uranus... …Gaea plotted against him... …except for Cronus!

Cronus defeated Uranus. Through trickery, Cronus defeated Uranus.

Cronos now marries his sister, Rhea. It is prophesied that he would be overthrown by his children... ...so he swallowed ALL of the them but Zeus

They had six children. Hestia, goddess of the hearth…

Demeter, goddess of grain and fertility…

Hera, goddess of women and marriage…

Hades, god of death and souls and the underworld…

Poseidon, god of the sea and earthquakes.

Zeus, ruler of all the gods.

Zeus grew up to be handsome and strong... All seemed well… Zeus grew up to be handsome and strong... He consulted with Metis on how to defeat Cronus!! A drink was was made... ...to make him throw up his brothers and sisters!

It appeared that Cronus was going to win. Titans Fought to Retain their Power

Might Zeus Threw His THUNDERBOLTS!!!! The Battle Raged On... Might Zeus Threw His THUNDERBOLTS!!!! Zeus Defeats Cronus!!!!
