Project Reconnect Mission Our mission is for citizens and community organizations to work together to provide continuous care for an individual suffering from substance abuse disorder who's recently overdosed and to connect them and their loved ones to needed services in or around Fall River who will provide assistance and support for them to begin & maintain recovery. Our Recovery Connection Team provides hope and resources without judgment or bias to see to it that no addict be left behind. Project Reconnect Mission
