Future Developments Update MoU between ENSREG and IAEA considering the Waste Directive EC working to establishing a new financial contribution agreement with IAEA MS peer review for Safety Directive MS peer review to Waste Directive ENSREG WG2 currently looking at WD needs Any perspectives, desires ?

WD Art 14(3) Member States shall periodically, and at least every 10 years, arrange for self-assessments of their national framework, competent regulatory authority, national programme and its implementation, and invite international peer review of competent regulatory authority and/or national programme with the aim of ensuring that high safety standards are achieved in the safe management of spent fuel and radioactive waste.
