Technical Drill: 3 Stations Organize players into 2 or 3 groups to run through 3 min stations. Dribbling through cones/figure eights/both feet Ball mastery exercises: toe-taps/inside toe taps/rolls/step overs Juggling Coaching Points Keep control of the ball: Possess the ball! Dribble with laces As many touches as possible Quick feet!

Game of 1 up 3v3 or 4v4 using a short wide field Use side by side fields with larger groups After scoring, team must try to maintain possession while the other team tries to score. Point is awarded for 5 passes. After the other team scores, that team tries to maintain possession and connect 5 passes for a point. Coaching points Keep possession! Dribble to space if you have it Use width Only pass after drawing defender

2v1 Ball played in by defender 2 attacking players try to score on 2 pugs Defender tries to win ball and score on 1 pug Coaching points Keep possession! Dribble to space if you have it Use width Only pass after drawing defender
