TITLE CONOP OVERVIEW: On 22 Sept 2018, the University of Colorado NROTC Battalion will conduct a Casualty Evacuation and Leadership Reaction Course utilizing campus, surrounding local roads, and Chautauqua Park in order to test and develop small unit leadership, communication, mental and physical courage, and encourage espirit de corps. EVENT OIC INTENT: What does the OIC want from the event? KEY OBJECTIVE: The battalion will conduct an LRC and CASEVAC in order to attain training for professional core competencies, confidence, teamwork, and it will provide a building block for the rest of the semester. PRIMARY/SECONDARY TRAINING AUDIENCE: The 2/C will be the primary training audience as the squad leaders and the 1/C will be the secondary as the evaluators.
