Objectives Resolve numbering of GTSC/GRSC meetings Consider permanent GSC logo Discuss proposed edits to the GSC Governing Principles (version 1.3) Discuss newly proposed GSC Guidance for Meeting Hosts Consider repository for permanent Admin WG documents

Numbering of GTSC/GRSC Meetings Discussion on the continued numbering of GTSC and GRSC meetings led to the conclusion that the current practice of numbering GTSC and GRSC meetings should be retained (e.g., GTSC5, GRSC5, etc.)

Consideration of Permanent GSC Logo No strong opinion, but the Admin WG invites proposals for a permanent logo from GSC Members between now and GSC-13 Based upon the responses, if any, the Admin WG will return to a consideration of a permanent GSC logo no later than GSC-13 No current action pending receipt of proposals

Admin WG Document Repository Discussion on how to handle Admin WG documents that are continuously maintained (e.g., Governing Principles) Conclusion that the TSB web site will serve as the repository for such documents Modification required to TSB web site to highlight this new category of documents, which are separate from the GSC meeting documents

Governing Principles Admin WG agreed to the recommended edits in GSC12_Admin_04 to version 1.3 Version 1.4 of the Governing Principles will be issued after GSC-12 Closing Plenary approval

Guidance for Meeting Hosts Draft 1.0 of the Guidance for Meeting Hosts document was submitted for review of the Admin WG Will be submitted to HoDs following the GSC-12 meetings for approval prior to GSC-13
