Chapter 18: STATISTICS Introduction Ministry of Finance of Montenegro is responsible for GFS- Government Finance Statistics. Ministry of finance produce GFS statistics according to MMF GFS manual 2001. Monstat is preparing for the introduction of GFS statistics (Introducing with GFS statistics together with representative from Minsitry of finance will be on JVI Course on Linkages between the Government Finance Statistics Manual and the System of National Accounts in Vienna, Austria, from May 20 – May 24, 2013.)
