Effective dissemination of information at an early stage Wide use of electronic information tools Involvement of mass media Involvement of Aarhus Centres Active involvement of public authority Elaboration of consistent and concerted rules of information flow Posting information on PPIF in national web-resources, i.e. web-pages of Aarhus Centres

Problem – EPAC actions - Improvement !   2. Involvement of possible stakeholders - In the preparatory stage on national level - In workshops in international forum Meetings and consultations with specialized NGOs, experts and other parties Cooperation with public authority Elaboration of coherent and substantiated vision Representing at workshops approaches acceptable on national level Creation and management of database on specialized NGOs, experts, scientists and other parties who can have contribution in decision-making

Accessibility of information on outcomes Organization of round table sessions, trainings, awareness-raising campaigns, Publications Involvement of mass media Ensuring feedback from all stakeholders Facilitating further cooperation with international forum Effective use of resources of Aarhus Centers for proper dissemination of appropriate information

Problem – EPAC actions - Improvement !   4. PPIF assessment ---- Special assessment of efficiency of PPIF is not carried out by EPAC and other NGOs due to lack of appropriate criteria and methodology Elaboration of assessment criteria for PPIF and applicable methodology.
