Spiritual Day of Reflection The definition of a “reflection” is broad but should be a day-long event at minimum. This can be an event run by council members or for council members and men of the parish. Councils can attend religious retreats and days of reflection organized by other groups. However, council attendance should at least 10 percent of the council or a minimum of 10 members participating. Councils could also collaborate with other councils in the area to host a Spiritual Day of Reflection.

Fraternal Year 2017-2018 28 Councils & 1 Assembly responded to disasters in New Orleans East, Southeast Texas, & Southwest Louisiana! Knights & their families donated their Time, Talents & Resources! Relief efforts included: Time & money to help those in need Cooking for & feeding those in need as well as first-responders Gutting & cleaning homes and businesses Donations were received by the Supreme Council as well as the Louisiana State Council

Fraternal Year 2018 - 2019 Louisiana Councils & Assemblies donated funds for disaster relief Rock N Bowl Fundraiser hosted by the State Council spearheaded by DD Bob Lino Total of $13,043.68 raised by LA Councils & Assemblies State Council distributed $13,413.80 to the State Councils of Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and Hawaii

Disaster Preparedness This program motivates councils to take a holistic approach by promoting readiness in times of crisis, assessing response capabilities and learning how to properly respond well ahead of a disaster.
