Dry Ice Notes SUBLIMATION

Dry Ice is solid CO2 Temp: -109 F, -78 C

Undergoes sublimation Process is: sublimes Is a gas @ ordinary temperature.

Often used to ship food because it keeps things cold Often used to ship food because it keeps things cold. However when it sublimes, it will not cause the food to become soggy. (Gas)
