Background Parallel bars are ambulatory rehabilitation devices stroke spinal injuries Often the patient can still bear weight on the wrists and use the bars for balance

Problem Possible Solution What if the patient cannot bear weight on his wrists? Possible Solution Platform for forearm weight-bearing

What has been done before? Unable to find comparable work Student group at Stanford created this device to assist rehab patients unable to weight bear

Current Status Equipment obtained Walker platform
