The Demotion of God Dr. Luis Ruiz April 2017
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. (John 1:1-3) And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands. (Hebrews 1:10)
Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people. (Heb 2:17) For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted. (Heb 2:18)
Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: (Phil 2:6) But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: (Phil 2:7) And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. (Phil 2:8)
“For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:” (1Pet 2:21)
