2019 Patient Centred Skin Audit The scoring system has also changed, so don’t use your 2018 question sheets!!!!!   The skin surgery questionnaires originated at the same time as the Hand surgery scores. I followed the example of the main validated Hand Health tool that had the higher number as the worse condition, and put these in the 2 questionnaires. But, rightly, this didn’t sit well. So like CTS I have reversed this for the ASPC questions So for 2019 onwards the scoring system, is that ‘Very Good’ equals now a score of 5 and not a score of just 1 (as last 2 years) , with ‘Very Poor’ accordingly now being scored as 1       Therefore your average scores should now be close to 5 - the higher the better TELL ME IF YOUR DOING IT WRONG!!! I have adapted the automatic score sheet for 2019 to reflect this, so again don’t use anything prior to 2019
