Task One: Please prepare to describe a database that you have created, managed and /or worked on in the past (~ 5 minute discussion). Please note we are most interested in your role in using the database rather than the specifics of the dataset. For example areas you may like to cover could include: The programme used to store your data (why did you choose this option) Data entry procedure Size of the dataset e.g. number of entries /tables included Cleaning the data Creating new variables Use of formula / SQL Running queries Use of relationships between tables If you would like to use PowerPoint slides to support this discussion please insert these below – however please note it is not essential to provide slides for task one.

Task Two: Using the excel dataset provided please create a maximum of 3 PowerPoint slides below showing how you would present the data to a group of stakeholders. You will have ~5 minutes to present these slides during the interview Once you have completed both tasks please save this document, using your name as the title, and email to Pippa Griew at pippa.griew@uhbristol.nhs.uk no later than 7am on 18th April 2019
