Recent work & Topics High Frame Rates for 3D / 2D D-Cinema (Study Group) Project scope - Create a report describing the elements of the D-cinema distribution system impacted by high frame rate - Recommend new and possible modified standards Short term work in progress Evaluate the feasibility of high frame rate playback on existing equipment Long term work in progress Evaluate compression bit rates to ensure there are no visible artifacts
