Pamela Nelson Pamela Nelson moved to Virginia in 1984 as a military spouse. She attended the Ft. Belvoir chapel and transferred to Christ Church in 1994 after moving to Fairfax Station. Pamela attended George Mason University law school at night while working full-time and raising two boys while her husband was stationed in Germany. She is an attorney at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation where her focus is Banking, and Labor and Employment Law . She has two adult sons and one daughter in college at Christopher Newport University. Her passion is teaching financial literacy to others especially at shelters and low income centers to help individuals gain knowledge on how to manage their finances. She loves attending Christ Church and enjoys volunteering in various ministries.
