The Stone Angel: Chapter 9

Plots Merge - Hagar awakes alone trying to remember the night before Marvin and Doris appear, brought by Murray. She is happy to be discovered, but yet upset with herself. Hagar is brought to the hospital with, as Marvin puts it, a serious illness. She is placed on a ward with many others and complains of this to Marvin. She has to apologize to the nurses for her rudeness.

She is rude to Doris when she visits with Marvin. She is later transferred to a private room, but is not extremely happy with this. Made a new friend and didn’t want to move.
