Access Hatches Underground structures in conveyance system built with access hatches Subject to vehicle traffic Over time, hatches and supporting concrete structure deteriorate and could fail Failed structure is safety hazard to pedestrian and vehicular traffic

Project Purpose Restore integrity of 7 structures where there is significant deterioration
