TRAINING THE RURAL WOMEN NEPAL

TARGET GROUP informal sector rectifying women in construction and agriculture. PARTIES INVOLVED

BACK GROUND AND JUSTIFICATION: - In our illetriciy majority of women workers are unaware of their social rights, due to which their income is also low. due to illetracy and proper training it is impossible to get social security schemes. hence it is justitied to train solution ( women workers on the subject .

Objectives to get trained officers bearers at the level of district and block level and to develop the skills to improve income and ratification of ILO conventions

ACTIVITIES to organise programme at regional level and programmes and district level for a group of 40 to 50 women in each programme in coming year .By above activity domestic worker specific women workers will aware of their rights and fight for legal facility of social security schemes and due to education child labour will be abolish by mother and will able organise informal workers . Initiation of ratification ILO CONVENTION on women.
