PREPARATION OF ACTION PLANS FOR THE DIVISION ORIENTATION

Things to consider Dissemination of DM-PFO-2019-0045 and IPCRF Data Collection and Consolidation Guide to SDO/schools The memo contains links that have to be accessed by school heads/designated personnel Orientation on the RPMS Data Collection System at the SDO/school levels Collection, consolidation and submission of RPMS data from school to RO levels.

WAYS FORWARD Each sheet contains data that school heads and human resource personnel can analyze to identify teachers’ needs and appropriate interventions that they can provide to support them. The data that the forms consolidate and generate can help them inform their planning for development and developing programs that target these identified needs.

Creation of New Department Order on the RPMS The new order will repeal the old DO 2, s. 2015 and will establish guidelines on the establishment of competency-based RPMS Manual, tools and processes. Establishment of Data Flow System for other RPMS Tools A national TWG will be formed to develop data flow system for Self-Assessment and Classroom Observation

Capacity-Building for Raters Recognizing the crucial role of school heads and other raters, a series of workshop involving Raters in the RPMS will be conducted in the fourth quarter. This aims to capacitate Raters in conducting classroom observation and portfolio assessment. Establishment of Monitoring and Evaluation System at This involves development of tools/forms and processes to monitor the conduct of RPMS in every governance level.
